Responsibilities
- Deliver individualized, evidence-based virtual occupational therapy sessions for K-12 students.
- Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with student goals and IEP outcomes.
- Conduct assessments, progress monitoring, and write clear clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, SLPs, and other school staff to coordinate services.
- Adapt interventions to students' home and classroom environments and provide caregiver strategies.
- Attend virtual meetings, IEP meetings, and team communication as required.
- Maintain licensure, comply with background checks, and adhere to company and school policies.
Education
- Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Tennessee Occupational Therapy license
- Successful background checks as required by schools
- Minimum 2 years experience in a school setting
