Responsibilities
- Observe children to assess physical, emotional, and intellectual needs
- Prepare and maintain a beautiful, organized Montessori classroom and materials
- Guide children individually and in small groups with tailored Montessori lessons
- Foster a respectful, joyful classroom community and model positive behavior
- Partner with parents to communicate progress and support child development
Education
- Montessori diploma for ages 3–6 preferred (or willingness to obtain with sponsorship)
- ECE/Child Development credits or a bachelor’s degree preferred
