Our Facilities Project Coordinator will coordinate and direct various services as necessary for the efficient operation of the organization in one or more of its facilities. This includes: day to day engagement with colleagues, maintenance ticket placement and follow-up, facility space planning and project planning from the initiation stage through planning, design, and construction with all involved agencies under the supervision of the Facilities Project Manager. This is a fulltime position onsite at our Nashville, TN Corporate Office. Please note relocation assistance is not available for this position.

Duties include and are not limited to:

• Read and respond appropriately to facility requests via email or ticket tracking system. May include tracking of tickets submitted via intercompany IM, phone call or in person requests.
• Maintain and supervise preventative maintenance program to include implementing new equipment for new sites and replacing equipment as needed.
• Function as I-Office wayfinding, hoteling, ticketing and asset management tool SME. Facilitate all employee training and manage all user interface updates on behalf of Sarah Cannon.
• Scheduling, coordination and supervision of facility maintenance issues/activities
• Ensure compliance with workplace guidelines at all facilities and liaise with colleagues and supervisors when corrections are necessary.
• Maintaining floor plans for new and existing office space through online space management tool

Qualifications will include:

• High School diploma required, Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 1+ yrs work experience in facilities management, property management, project administration preferably in a healthcare environment
• Experience will include communicating both written and verbal with executives, vendors, team leadership
• Above average technology skills including MS Office products, Microsoft Project experience is desired
• Proficient in use of ASANA for work organization and project management solutions
