Rx Savings Solutions (RxSS), part of McKesson’s CoverMyMeds business segment, is at the forefront of digital healthcare advancement. We are committed to redefining how consumers interact with health care products by providing accessible and affordable solutions. Founded and operated by a team of pharmacists and software engineers, our software-as-a-service (SaaS) products provide collaborative, cost-saving solutions for purchasing prescription drugs. 

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to join our Strategic Analytics team! The BI Analyst will support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions to lead transformative change.  Working with business units across the organization, the BI Analyst will be responsible for accurate data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis to solve problems and find strategic opportunities for improvement. The BI Analysts serves as an internal consultant, supporting strategic decisions that drive growth and improve products to provide an industry-leading experience. Our ideal candidate will possess experience providing data analysis to a business operations team(s), and must have solid SQL and Tableau (or equivalent) experience. *Our preferred candidate will reside in Columbus, OH. Position will primarily allow for remote working with occasional in-office support for presence for key meetings.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and interpret data using sound analytical techniques

• Develop deep working relationships with business stakeholders to become a trusted partner for their data and analytical needs

• Acquire data from primary and secondary data sources

• Communicate findings clearly and concisely through narrative-driven presentations and effective data visualizations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics or Business-related field, or equivalent, and minimum of 4+ years of experience performing business analysis, providing insights and developing solutions

• Experience with Tableau or other data visualization software

• Experince with SQL

• Strong experience with data mining, analysis and providing insights

• Previous experience providing overall data support to a business or clinical team

• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively with teammates and cross-functional business stakeholders

• Driven, self-motivated, team player adept at working in environment with competing priorities  

• Able to communicate and manage expectations 

• Curious problem solver by nature, able to quickly make sense of complex data issues 

• Adept at clearly and concisely presenting findings and key takeaway to stakeholders 

• Able to “think on your feet” and respond to questions where the answer is not known or not straightforward

• Ability and desire to teach others what you know
