To open global markets, creating more opportunities for the companies, institutions, and individuals who depend on them.
Pros
I was at MA for about 2 years as a technical recruiter and couldn't recommend this company more. Everyone on the HR team is wonderful and they all do a fantastic job, the business leaders who we partnered with were all extremely cooperative and helpful and the company from top to bottom was a pleasure to be at for as long as I was. For any job seekers who are emphasize culture or work life balance I couldn't recommend MarketAxess highly enough. Add that to the fact that it's a great company that's extremely well positioned in today's market and it's really a 10/10.Cons
They took away my favorite item from Fooda. Seriously, that's my only gripe. The "create your own market plate" from Fresh and Co. was SO good.Diversity and inclusion isn't just something we believe in - it's what we know will take us forward and cultivate an even more innovative, dynamic working environment. Embracing indvidiuality and inviting perspectives that come from everywhere will help us better build a global marketplace.
