Our client is a New York–based technology firm specializing in artificial intelligence solutions for the finance and banking industry. Established in 2021, the company develops secure, enterprise-grade AI tools designed to help financial professionals automate research, reporting, and data analysis.

Their platform integrates both internal and external data sources to deliver fast, accurate, and compliant insights, empowering users to make informed decisions efficiently. With a strong focus on security, governance, and data privacy, the company ensures its technology meets the rigorous standards of global financial institutions.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responding to customer queries related to product functionality, usage scenarios, troubleshooting, and account management (e.g., password resets, access issues, or configuration support).
  • Understanding the company’s AI-driven solutions and help center resources to effectively guide users through their questions or concerns.
  • Collaborating closely with the team, including product specialists, engineers, and account managers, to address complex technical or product-related issues that require escalation.
  • Maintaining clear and detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions to ensure consistent communication and service improvement.
  • Providing feedback to the product and support teams regarding recurring issues or potential areas for enhancement in product usability and documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Must have at least 2 years of B2B Customer Service experience either within the finance or tech industry.
  • Experience in supporting the US market is non-negotiable.

Advantageous

  • Experience in B2C is nice to have but not required.

Job Type: Full-Time Permanent

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Central Time) / 8:00AM-5:00PM (PH Time)

Location: Work-From-Home (Permanent)
