Who We Are Looking For
We're searching for a highly driven, detail-oriented leader with experience in the commercial waterproofing or construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess the entrepreneurial spirit to lead and a proven ability to drive growth. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and business development.
Essential Qualifications
Industry Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the commercial waterproofing, construction, or a closely related exterior services industry.
Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated success in acquiring new commercial customers, with a strong ability in estimating projects, negotiation, and a proactive approach to sales.
Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of commercial waterproofing and exterior services, including project management, material sourcing, crew management, and quality assurance.
Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring high standards of craftsmanship and safety.
Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning to maximize profitability within a construction context.
Regulatory Understanding: A solid understanding of local building codes, safety regulations (OSHA), and permitting processes.
Licensing: Possess or be able to obtain the necessary general contracting license and other licenses required to operate equipment for large commercial projects.
