  2. Serving as a regional face of our Pioneers and educator community - driving in-person engagement, social connection, and educator joy.

This is a field-forward role for an experienced educator, PD leader, and community builder who’s energized by meeting people where they are—literally. You’ll work in close collaboration with the CX, Sales, and Marketing teams, and report into the Professional Learning function, with day-to-day prioritization supported by our Pioneer & Community Lead.

This role is based out of North or Central FL.

Responsibilities:

In this role, you will be responsible for driving to the following outcomes:

Professional Learning Development & Delivery (50%)

  • Facilitate engaging onsite and virtual PD sessions tailored to district needs.
  • Develop and refine training content, including live and asynchronous materials.

Community Field Engagement & Pioneer Program Activation (30%)

  • Execute surprise-and-delight field moments and represent MagicSchool at events.
  • Support educator engagement, storytelling, and Pioneer program activation regionally.

Consultative Solutioning & Regional Strategy (10%)

  • Collaborate on pilots and adoption plans with Sales, CX, and Solution Architects.
  • Capture local insights to shape product, PD, and campaign strategies.

Cross-Functional Collaboration (10%)

  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align regional and national efforts.
  • Track field feedback to support voice-of-customer and strategic initiatives.

Experience & Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring the following experience and qualifications:

Required:

  • Based in Florida / the US South (or willing to relocate).
  • 5+ years experience in education, instructional coaching, or edtech PD/community roles.
  • Dynamic facilitation and public speaking skills—comfortable with both educators and district leaders.
  • Demonstrated passion for educator engagement, storytelling, and grassroots brand-building.
  • Experience supporting edtech tools and navigating school or district implementation processes.
  • Excited to travel regionally up to 75% during peak seasons and 50% year-round.

Preferred:

  • Prior classroom teaching experience.
  • Experience with educator ambassador, community, or grassroots marketing programs.
  • Familiarity with the AI-in-education space and local curriculum standards.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, CX, or Marketing teams.
  • Competency with digital collaboration tools (Google Workspace, Zoom, etc.).
