Acelero, Inc. seeks a bilingual Early Learning Specialist to enhance early childhood education outcomes and support Education Leaders and Teachers in implementing effective learning systems and practices.
Responsibilities: The role includes coaching Education Leaders, supporting curriculum implementation, analyzing child outcomes data, and assisting in professional development for education staff.
Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, at least 1 year of supervisory experience, bilingual in English/Spanish, and familiarity with CLASS and ECERS-R.
Qualifications: Background in Special Education/Inclusion and prior Head Start experience preferred; physical exam and background check required.
Location: The position is located in Milwaukee, WI; local and long-distance travel up to 10% may be required.
Compensation: $60000 - $68000 / Annually

As the Early Learning Specialist, you will support Education Leaders and Teachers to ensure full implementation of all aspects of Shine Early Learning’s early learning system, policies/procedures and tools, with the goal of supporting all children to achieve School Readiness Goals.
