Responsibilities: Oversee the operations and educational direction of the center, ensuring compliance with Head Start standards, coaching staff, maintaining learning environments, and engaging families.
Skills: Strong knowledge in early childhood education, supervisory experience, communication, relationship-building, organizational skills, and proficiency in data management.
Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field with prior teaching and supervisory experience preferred; Master's Degree is a plus.
Location: Henderson, United States; may require up to 10% local or long-distance travel for meetings and trainings.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $60,000 - $85,000.
