About the Role
Lyra is looking for a senior mental health leader with expertise in neuropsychological assessment of adults and evidence based treatment and support for neurodiverse individuals. You will serve as the senior clinical lead for our Neurodiversity Center of Excellence, which provides virtual and in-person neuropsychological evaluations in 50 states, for ADHD, ASD, and other neuro-developmental diagnoses for both adults and minors and coordinates caregiver coaching to families of neurodiverse individuals.
As the Director of the Neurodiversity COE, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and optimization of neuropsychological services, ensuring clinical excellence, adherence to regulatory standards, and the integration of evidence-based practices. You will also play a key role in the strategic growth and innovation of our neurodiversity offerings, enhancing accessibility to neuropsychological assessments and treatments for patients nationwide.
This role reports to our Director, Strategic Initiatives.
