- Strong Java and Node.js full-stack development experience
- Experience shipping AI/ML products to production (Generative AI/LLMs)
- Cloud platform expertise (GCP experience a plus)
- SaaS architecture and enterprise-grade system design
- Familiarity with Python and frontend frameworks (Vue.js a plus)
- Data analytics and conversational reporting experience (nice to have)
- CI/CD, test automation, and observability best practices
Responsibilities
- Architect and build next-generation Conversational AI products using Generative AI and LLMs
- Lead and mentor engineering teams, set technical direction and best practices
- Partner with Product to translate vision and requirements into scalable solutions
- Design cloud-native, resilient, and scalable architectures
- Integrate cutting-edge AI tools and services and champion adoption
- Drive engineering excellence via test automation, CI/CD, and quality-first delivery
- Oversee production deployments and reliability for AI features
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Communications, or a related field
- Equivalent practical experience considered
