We are growing ~10x year-over-year and are looking for a mission-driven, entrepreneurial leader to continue to support our growth.

Role Overview

As a District Partnership Manager, you will both execute and influence the structure of our sales and customer partnership journeys. You’ll work directly with the founder and CEO (as well as the rest of our 6-person team), and play a visible role in shaping product decisions, refining messaging, and strengthening our go-to-market strategy.

You’ll work directly with superintendents, curriculum directors, and instructional leaders to understand their needs and showcase how LitLab can support student success and improve curriculum fidelity.

You’ll own meaningful relationships from the start and see your work translate immediately into classroom impact. As the company grows, this role will expand with it, creating clear opportunities for your own career growth.

Examples of what you might do

  • Own and manage the full sales cycle with K–12 districts, from initial outreach to quote to close to onboarding.
  • Run discovery calls to understand district needs and connect that to what we offer
  • Capture feedback from school admins and teachers to inform product, marketing, and our future offerings.
  • Represent LitLab at conferences, webinars, and regional events (up to 20% travel)
  • Deliver strong demos to school and district leaders.
  • Respond quickly, schedule intro calls, and run disciplined follow-up sequences for new leads.
  • Execute proactive outreach to a targeted list of schools/school leaders and run effective outbound email campaigns.
  • Draft proposals, build quotes, and manage approvals, POs, and invoicing.
  • Iterate on and operationalize our go-to-market motion, leaning on AI strategically in the process, and improving repeatability of our sales workflow.

  • A proven track record of success and overachievement.
  • (Bonus) You have experience as a K-12 classroom teacher or instructional coach!

You Might Be a Great Fit If You…

  • Communicate incredibly well (verbally and in writing), stay well-organized even with a lot on your plate, and move fast without dropping details.
  • Are energized by building processes, not just following them. Bonus points if you enjoy operationalizing and using AI in your own workflows
  • Are scrappy, adaptable, and comfortable operating without a script.
  • Consider yourself to be highly coachable, low-ego, and eager to grow as the role expands.
  • Are deeply passionate about supporting teachers with high-quality products and improving literacy for students everywhere.
