Responsibilities:
- Providing an exceptional customer purchasing experience.
- Presenting vehicles to customers to assist them in their buying decision.
- Using the Customer Management System to ensure timely, professional follow-up.
- Maintaining strong relationships with sold and prospective customers.
The Sales Representative II is trained on F&I and provides back-up to the F&I Manager as needed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive sales required
- A genuine focus on customer service.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills required.
- Team player with excellent judgment, integrity and communication skills.
- Team Builder - Acts as a role model within the department while effectively providing feedback and earning respect as a leader.
