Responsibilities
- Maintain mammalian cell lines including propagation, expansion, cryopreservation and thawing
- Execute and optimize cell culture protocols to improve efficiency and reproducibility
- Document experimental procedures, observations, and results in electronic lab notebooks (ELNs)
- Assist in automation and liquid-handling workflows to streamline cell culture processes
- Perform transient and stable transfections for protein expression while maintaining sterility
- Troubleshoot experiments and contribute to cross-functional study design and process improvements
Education
- BS or MS in Biology, Biotechnology, Cell Biology, or a related field (required)
- Relevant lab training or certifications in cell culture techniques (preferred)
