LearnUpon is seeking a Spanish Bilingual Priority Customer Success Manager to enhance customer experiences and support accounts in the US and LATAM regions, primarily working from our Salt Lake City office three days a week.
Responsibilities: Key tasks include responding to customer queries in English and Spanish, managing outreach campaigns, collaborating across teams, and identifying opportunities for customer value expansion.
Skills: Candidates must have full professional fluency in Spanish and English, at least one year in a Customer Success role, strong problem-solving skills, and proficiency in CRM systems like Salesforce.
Qualifications: Experience in e-learning or educational technology is a plus, along with familiarity with CSP tools such as Planhat.
Location: This is a hybrid role with office presence required in Salt Lake City, Utah.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $70,000 - $90,000.
