Head of Funnels

Head of Funnels – LDX Digital

The Lead Funnel Builder will be responsible for building, optimizing, and scaling the internal funnel department at LDX Digital. This role requires deep expertise in funnel architecture, revenue optimization, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and a hands-on builder who can translate product offers into high-converting funnel experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Funnel Development & Management

  • Build, set up, and maintain high-performing funnels using Checkout Champs & Funnelish.

  • Create and manage complete funnel ecosystems, including landing pages, checkout flows, upsells, downsells, and post-purchase sequences.

  • We do 7 step funnels with an advertorial/ pre-sale page for cold traffic.

  • Ensure funnels are optimized for conversion, customer experience, and revenue growth.

Revenue Optimization

  • Identify, implement, and test upsells, downsells, cross-sells, and other monetization opportunities.

  • Recognize performance patterns in offer structures to increase ARPU (Average Revenue Per User) and overall customer lifetime value.

  • Continuously analyze funnel performance and recommend improvements based on data-driven insights.

Technical Setup & Tracking

  • Handle all coding requirements related to funnel customization, HTML/CSS/JS edits, and platform-specific adjustments.

  • Manage tagging, event tracking, pixel setup, and integrations across platforms (e.g., analytics tools, CRMs, advertising platforms).

  • Ensure accurate data collection and reporting to support marketing and operations.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build and grow the internal funnel team, including processes, SOPs, and quality standards.

  • Collaborate with marketing, creative, and operations teams to ensure funnels align with brand and offer strategy.

  • Lead funnel testing initiatives (A/B tests, split tests, UI/UX variations).

Qualifications

  • Proven experience building funnels in Checkout Champs and Funnelish.

  • Strong understanding of funnel psychology, conversion rate optimization, and digital direct-response marketing.

  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and platform-specific coding.

  • Experience with analytics, tracking tools, tagging systems, and conversion reporting.

  • Ability to identify patterns in user behavior and sales flows to optimize revenue.

  • Strong problem-solving, organization, and communication skills.

  • Previous leadership or team-building experience is a plus.
