Responsibilities
- Define and evangelize company-wide personalization strategy and architecture across ML teams
- Design and implement scalable personalization models (e.g., GNNs, causal models, bandits) addressing cold start, real-time learning, and exploration/exploitation
- Build reusable ML architecture patterns, design standards, and infrastructure for production-scale predictions
- Lead cross-functional, multi-quarter initiatives that measurably improve conversion and engagement KPIs
- Mentor and technical lead senior ML engineers, raising engineering and research standards
- Represent the company externally through publications, talks, or open-source contributions
- Champion privacy-preserving personalization and responsible AI practices
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field (required)
- Master’s or PhD in a relevant discipline (preferred)
