We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-time Customer Service and Patient Cell Journey Coordination Sr. Manager. In this critical, patient-centric role, you will oversee the end-to-end coordination of the patient journey—from apheresis to product delivery, and infusion. You will serve as a primary interfacefor clinical sites and ensure seamless collaboration with internal cross-functional teams including Clinical Operations, Medical, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality. You will be the Point of Contact for clinical sites for any inquiries and issues along the patient cell journey. Your focus will be on proactive communication, escalation management, schedule integrity, and building trust with sites as Kyverna scales globally. This role requires excellent organizational, collaborative and communicationskills as well as the ability to navigate complexity with a calm, solution-oriented mindset.
Location: Remote US East coast
Hours: Part Time ~20-25 hours per week
Travel: 10–20% (domestic, occasional international)

Reports to: Director, Patient Operations
Hourly Range: $70-$90/hr
