We’re looking for a Product Manager to define how Kraken supports Vertically Integrated Utilities, both in North America and across the globe. You’ll deeply understand our utility partners' needs, and use those insights to shape a suite of products and experiences that improve the customer experience for our clients.


You’ll collaborate across sales, delivery, product and engineering teams to deliver client outcomes and business value, making Kraken the platform of choice for Vertically Integrated Utilities.


What you’ll do
  • Define and own the vision, strategy, and roadmap for assigned products within the Vertically Integrated product group. Partner with utilities, client delivery, and internal product teams to identify key needs and prioritize impactful solutions.
  • Translate insights from real-world utilities into clear product outcomes and measurable success metrics.
  • Develop, prioritize, and execute your product roadmap, ensuring we deliver required outcomes, within the timelines agreed to, while also building a flexible experience within our core application. Work closely with engineering to build, test, and refine products.
  • Drive a best-in-class user experience


What you'll have
  • 2+ years of product management experience in enterprise software with strong preference for experience in the utility industry.
  • You’re a systems thinker who can connect customer experience, data, and operational workflows into coherent, scalable products.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams, including engineering, UX and data scienceYou’re adaptable and thrive in a dynamic environment, whether working on a high-level product strategy or rolling up your sleeves to execute.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to define and track key success metrics.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management, balancing technical and business needs.
  • Comfort engaging with clients during sales, discovery, and delivery, Passion for customer experience, with a strong focus on usability, efficiency, and empathy.

  • We hire a wide range of experience levels into our product teams. The salary range for this role in NYC ranges on average from $80,000-$120,000 (with some flexibility) depending on relevant experience, role alignment, and technical/client management expertise demonstrated throughout the interview process. While the broad salary range is listed, not all candidates will be placed at the top of the range—this will be determined by the overall fit for the position.
