A few nice perks but it doesn’t make up for the low pay and lack of career growth.

Remote work policy is flexible, which i appreciate. Downside is that communication sometimes falls apart and things get lost in email threads.

Some projects were genuinely exciting, others were just busy work. Pay was fair, not amazing.

I actually like the flexibility, but the workload can spike out of nowhere. One week I’m coasting, the next I’m pulling late nights.
