Configuration Manager
- Conduct comprehensive audits of artifacts and asset inventories to create and maintain accurate, as-built models and drawings for assigned area
- Use Visio and other modeling tools to create and maintain as-built configuration drawings or models
- Review and research Change Requests and other work vehicles to complete tasks using Remedy ticketing system
- Consult with engineers to understand configuration changes to update all related drawings and artifacts
- Update and maintain the Configuration Management System (CMDB)
- Help update and maintain property records
- Work under minimal supervision
- Prioritize assignments for themselves and junior personnel to complete work in a timely manner
- Provide useful suggestions on improving processes
- Maintain a positive and friendly working relationship with customers and peers
- Other duties as assigned
Education/Training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant engineering or science discipline required
- ITIL certification preferred
Experience:
- 4+ years of direct experience in the area of Configuration Management, Change Management, Technical Engineering, or Asset Management
- Previous Experience with Modeling tools or Model Based Engineering preferred
- Experience with Remedy preferred
Security:
- Must be a US citizen
- Candidate must be in possession of a minimum DoD issued Secret Clearance
Physical Requirements:
- Able to occasionally reach with hands and arms
- Prolonged periods of computer screen use, while sitting or standing at a desk
- Adhere to safety protocols when in work areas requiring use of PPE (e.g. eyewear, gloves, masks, hearing protection, steel toed shoes, etc.)

Salary: $120,000 - 140,000
