The people here are smart and hardworking. A lot of growth opportunity for people who put the work into understanding what we do, which is very complex. A lot of perks- great benefits, free sports tickets, free lunch, flexible environment with time off, and quarterly profit sharing bonus. Not a great place to be if you aren't willing to put the work in and take accountability for your career.Cons
Not the place for you if you aren't looking to grow your career. A lot of challenges that come with being a growing tech organization, but a lot of opportunity.
