Responsibilities: Oversee end-to-end management of state and district adoptions and formal RFPs, ensuring effective cross-functional coordination and process improvement for adoption tracking and submission workflows.
Skills: 5+ years of program or project management experience, strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency in managing complex timelines and dependencies.
Qualifications: PMP certification preferred; experience in K–12 education, edtech, or public-sector procurement is a bonus.

The Program Manager, Adoptions & RFPs, coordinates the operational execution of Kiddom’s state and district adoption strategy. This role is responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving large-scale curriculum adoptions and RFP responses across multiple states and districts, ensuring Kiddom is prepared, aligned, and competitive at every stage of the process.
This role sits at the intersection of content, product, sales, and customer success, turning adoption requirements and timelines into clear plans, tracking readiness across teams, and ensuring nothing critical is missed The Program Manager acts as the single source of truth for adoption and RFP execution.

Salary range is dependent on geographic location, prior experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
