Responsibilities:
- Spotting, assessing, developing, recruiting, and handling non-US citizens with access to foreign intelligence vital to US foreign policy and national security decision makers
- Adept at building relationships based on rapport and trust using sound judgment, integrity, and the ability to assess character and motivation
- Addressing a highly diverse and dynamic set of intelligence requirements on country- and region-specific issues, as well as transnational issues such as counter terrorism, counter proliferation, and cyber is essential

Qualifications:
Required:
- Clearance: TS/SCI with a Polygraph
- Education: Bachelor's degree and at least 9+ years of relevant professional experience
- Overseas assignments: Served in multi-year assignments in a variety of overseas locations.
- Training: Must have successfully completed training in the foundations of clandestine operational tradecraft via classroom training, practical exercises, and on-the-job experience gained through a series of interim assignments. Responsible for quality assurance review of assigned project.
- Writing skills: Strong briefing and writing skills as well as the ability to work well with teams or individually with minimal supervision
- Geographical expertise: Regional and/or functional expertise in a geographic region of interest
- Intelligence Operations: Prior experience in supporting intelligence operations or familiarity with the Intelligence Community and its objectives
- Soft skills: Initiative, creativity, technical excellence, and strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Additional soft skills: Self-starter who can multi-task and remain calm under pressure with the ability to work both independently and in a group
