Responsibilities
- Support month-end close, prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger integrity
- Prepare financial statements, variance analyses, and management reports
- Develop and maintain budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support decision-making
- Partner with program and engineering teams on cost accounting, job costing, and program budgeting
- Support cash management, treasury forecasting, and vendor payments
- Maintain audit readiness and support external audits and tax filings
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and applicable export-control and contract regulations (ITAR/GovCon where applicable)
- Contribute to process improvements and implementation of finance systems and controls
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
- CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional credential (preferred)
- Master’s degree or MBA (preferred for senior roles)
