Responsibilities
- Manage a team of coordinators and analysts handling day-to-day licensing and regulatory administration
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of licensing, registration, and certification activities across applicable jurisdictions
- Design and scale repeatable systems for secure collection and submission of customer and business data to support compliance
- Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop team members to deepen technical and operational capabilities
- Proactively identify operational risks, design remediation plans, and implement sustainable process improvements
- Own and maintain clear, accurate, and accessible team documentation and process knowledge
- Partner with Legal and Compliance to interpret regulations and ensure submission accuracy
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to address system gaps, drive automation, and deploy fixes
- Perform related duties to support team and broader operations
Education
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Relevant coursework or training in business, operations, compliance, or related fields is a plus
