DXC Technology is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Manager to lead high-impact programs that span multiple functions, industries, and client ecosystems. This role blends strong leadership with hands-on program oversight, enabling cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business value for our clients while advancing DXC’s growth agenda. The Senior Manager will be a visible partner to client executives and internal leaders, shaping program strategy, governance, risk management, and delivering operational excellence at scale.
In this role you will drive the end-to-end lifecycle of complex programs, from scoping and planning through delivery, governance, and post-implementation optimization. You will lead and develop diverse teams across delivery, product, sales, finance, and operations, fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Your leadership will directly influence client outcomes, financial performance, and the speed and quality of digital transformations that DXC delivers in a rapidly evolving market.
Key responsibilities include owning and orchestrating a portfolio of strategic programs with clearly defined success metrics and milestones. You will establish and maintain program governance structures, risk and change management processes, and reporting cadences that inform executive decision making. You will partner with senior client stakeholders to translate business strategy into concrete outcomes, manage expectations, and ensure alignment with contractual commitments and budget targets. You will design and implement robust operating models, drive process standardization, and identify opportunities for optimization that reduce cycle times, improve quality, and lower total cost of ownership. You will develop practical, data-driven plans and dashboards that make performance visible and actionable for both clients and DXC leadership.
Cross-functional program oversight is at the heart of this role. You will coordinate across product management, delivery teams, field organizations, finance, HR, security, and legal to ensure programs stay on track and deliver value. You will lead risk assessments, dependency mapping, and escalation protocols, and you will champion agile and traditional project management approaches as appropriate to the engagement. You will mentor and coach project managers, consultants, and engineers, helping to build a high-performing, diverse team capable of executing complex initiatives with discipline and speed.
Client relationship management sits at the core of success in this position. You will act as the trusted advisor to client executives, translating client needs into actionable plans, and maintaining an unwavering focus on client satisfaction and value realization. You will manage executive-level communications, report on progress and outcomes, and anticipate and surface risks or opportunities early. You will cultivate long-term partnerships, identify new business opportunities within existing accounts, and collaborate with the sales team to position DXC for future growth while ensuring delivery excellence.
Operational impact and outcomes are central to the Senior Manager’s remit. You will drive measurable improvements in delivery efficiency, quality, and client outcomes through data-driven decision making and disciplined program governance. You will lead cost management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning, ensuring programs run on time and within budget while achieving agreed service levels. You will implement scalable operating models and continuous improvement programs that translate into tangible business results, such as faster time to value, enhanced customer satisfaction, and quantifiable cost savings or revenue impact.
DXC Technology offers substantial growth opportunities for ambitious professionals. In this role you will gain exposure to a broad portfolio of clients, industries, and cutting-edge technologies, with paths to senior leadership roles across global accounts and strategic initiatives. You will have access to mentoring, formal leadership development programs, and opportunities for internal mobility across DXC’s global ecosystem. Your success will be a strong indicator for advancement into director-level leadership and beyond, with ongoing support for your career goals and professional development.
We foster a culture that values diversity, inclusion, and collaboration. You will join a team that seeks varied perspectives, rewards initiative and accountability, and supports a healthy work-life blend. DXC’s environment emphasizes client focus, ethical practices, and a commitment to delivering value with integrity. You will collaborate with colleagues around the world, bringing together different backgrounds and experiences to solve complex problems for our clients.
What you will bring to the role is a track record of leading cross-functional programs that deliver measurable outcomes, strong client relationship leadership, and the ability to translate strategy into execution. You will demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, a data-driven mindset, and the adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. You will possess experience in managing multi-million dollar programs, a solid grasp of financial and resource planning, and a commitment to building high-performing teams. Relevant certifications (such as PMP, PgMP, or equivalent) and experience with digital transformation initiatives, cloud platforms, and analytics are highly valued.
