Skills
- 3+ years delivering residential projects in construction, HVAC, energy, or similar industries.
- Practical knowledge of building codes, permitting, and inspection processes.
- Proven project management skills: scheduling, budgeting, risk mitigation, and scope control.
- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management.
- Experience coordinating contractors and field teams and managing onsite workflows.
- Comfort using project management tools and CRM systems.
Responsibilities
- Own delivery of home electrification and comfort projects from sale handoff through installation and inspection.
- Plan, execute, monitor, control, and close projects; maintain project schedules and budgets.
- Coordinate and manage installer/contractor partners to ensure quality, timelines, and margin preservation.
- Serve as primary customer point of contact; manage homeowner expectations and communications.
- Develop and maintain detailed project processes, playbooks, and task lists; use tools to track progress and completion.
- Identify, monitor, and mitigate project risks in real time.
- Provide feedback to improve sales scoping, design, and execution; iterate on the Project Playbook.
- Contribute to hiring, training, and growth of the Project Management team.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or related field preferred but not required.
- Equivalent professional experience accepted in lieu of degree.
