We’re looking for a Client Success Manager who loves keeping things organised and making sure clients are genuinely happy. You’ll be the go-to person managing your own portfolio of clients guiding them through every step of the process.
You’ll coordinate internal teams, create and assign tasks, manage deadlines, and hold teams accountable. You’ll also track client health, resolve issues quickly, and act as the vital link between clients and Curio’s internal teams.
To summarize, in this role, you will:
📞 Build strong relationships and keep communication clear with our clients
📊 Manage projects, timelines, and reporting across accounts
✅ Keep track of client requests and make sure things get delivered
💼 Look out for opportunities to retain or upsell services (when it makes sense)
This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday, from 7am - 3pm Central Time (with a little flexibility if needed).
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:
✅ Fluent spoken and written English
✅ 3+ years of experience as a client success manager/account manager
✅ A general understanding of web development, digital design and marketing
✅ Strong project management and communication skills
✅ High attention to detail
Brownie points:
⭐ Knowledge of Webflow or web development
⭐ Experience working in an agency environment
⭐ Familiar with tools like ClickUp or Airtable (or open to learning)
⭐ Experience or comfort with sales

What’s in it for you?

🕒 Full-time role with some consistent flexibility around working hours
🌴 12 vacation days + 5 paid sick days + paid US public holidays off (upon request some public holidays can be swapped with your local ones)
