VP, Product Management (Remote - US)

As a VP of Product Management, you will drive the vision, strategy, and execution of new video advertising optimization products from the ground up. This is a high-impact leadership role where you will operate as both a strategic leader and a hands-on builder, guiding the launch of new 0-1 products while mentoring a growing team of product managers. You will shape the product roadmap, influence cross-functional teams, and collaborate with major industry partners to deliver innovative solutions. Accountabilities

• Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
• Create and maintain a product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on business value and feedback.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, incorporating feedback to surpass market expectations.
• Establish and track KPIs to measure product success and drive continuous improvement.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product management team, fostering innovation and collaboration.
• Communicate product strategies, progress, and outcomes effectively to stakeholders, including executive leadership and customers.

• 10+ years of product management experience, including at least 3 years in programmatic advertising.
• Proven success in developing and launching 0-1 products from concept to market.
• Deep expertise in the programmatic video ecosystem and familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, ad exchanges, and OpenRTB protocols.
• Strong technical and data acumen to work effectively with engineering and data science teams.
• Demonstrated experience leading and mentoring product teams while owning key initiatives.
• Excellent communication and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
