Product Lead, Fintech & Financial Institutions
Skills
- Experience working at or with fintechs and financial institutions.
- 5+ years of customer-facing product experience (user interviews, product-led sales).
- 2+ years of hands-on web3 / crypto experience.
- Technical background (PM for developer products, engineering experience, or technical degree).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- People management experience (3+ years preferred).
Responsibilities
- Set long-term product strategy with company leadership (CEO, CTO, Head of Engineering).
- Engage directly with fintechs and financial institutions to discover needs and validate product direction.
- Define and prioritize product roadmaps, requirements, and success metrics for the Fintech segment.
- Collaborate with partners (e.g., Optimism, Arbitrum) and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable developer products.
- Design and execute go-to-market plans in partnership with marketing and sales.
- Evangelize Alchemy’s platform through thought leadership and industry engagement.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Technical degree or coursework preferred for a strong understanding of developer platforms.
