Technical Consultant - Europe

As a Technical Consultant, you will serve as the bridge between enterprise customers and internal teams, driving product integrations from conception to launch. This role combines technical expertise with strong communication and project management skills, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term success for clients. You will guide partners through the sales process, support integrations, and deliver post-launch solutions, acting as the customer’s voice internally. In a highly collaborative environment, you will contribute to product development, troubleshoot issues, and help shape the future of innovative financial technology solutions on a global scale.

Accountabilities

In this role, you will:

• Act as the technical expert during the sales process, leading product discovery, MVP scoping, and demonstrations.
• Support integration projects as the primary technical resource, ensuring smooth onboarding and delivery.
• Provide post-integration solutions, including new feature implementation or customization for partners.
• Serve as the customer’s voice internally, collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, Brokerage Operations, and Customer Success teams.
• Stay updated on product development timelines, test and roll out new features, and escalate partner requests to the right teams.
• Support sales and success teams with technical guidance during customer evaluations and integrations.
• Document processes, create reusable technical resources, and attend partner meetings to troubleshoot and unblock integration challenges.

To succeed, you should bring:

• Enterprise-level project experience with strong process analysis, design, and documentation skills.
• Excellent communication abilities in English, both written and verbal, to clearly set expectations and gather feedback.
• Proven problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
• Solid technical foundation, including:
• RDBMS experience (Postgres preferred).
• Familiarity with modern APIs (REST, WebSockets, Server-Sent Events).
• Experience in enterprise software implementations.
• Technical troubleshooting, issue management tools (JIRA), and API logging.
• Comfort with Postman, curl requests, and related tools.
• Flexibility to work with clients across global time zones.
• Interest in fintech, financial markets, or investing applications; prior broker-dealer experience is a plus.
• A proactive, startup mindset.

Nice-to-have: background in sales or customer success, programming knowledge (Golang), experience with git, FIX protocol, and documentation standards such as OpenAPI yaml.
