Accountabilities

As a Staff Solutions Engineer, you will:

• Design, develop, and implement technical solutions across multiple platforms and systems.
• Collaborate with software, hardware, and operations teams to ensure scalable and secure solutions.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on AI, computer vision, and systems engineering projects.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical planning, and code development to optimize systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across hardware, software, and cloud environments.
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and training materials for internal teams.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience as a solutions engineer or similar role, with a strong technical background in software, hardware, and cloud systems.
• Deep understanding of AI, computer vision, or related fields.
• Experience with programming and scripting languages (Python, C++, or equivalent).
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional teamwork.
• Demonstrated ability to design scalable, secure, and efficient technical solutions.
• Experience in government contracting or regulated environments is a plus.
