We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Software Engineer to design and deliver cutting-edge SaaS solutions in a collaborative, growth-driven environment. Accountabilities:

·         Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level SaaS solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and reliability.

·         Architect and optimize backend systems to support robust performance and data management.

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams including hardware engineers, developers, and clients to align business and technical goals.

·         Apply Go programming and leverage computer science and mathematical principles to solve complex problems.

·         Create detailed documentation such as flowcharts, diagrams, and technical specifications to communicate design requirements effectively.

·         Perform rigorous testing, troubleshooting, and implementation of maintenance procedures to ensure consistent performance.

·         Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.

·         5+ years of experience in designing and maintaining enterprise-level databases and software systems.

·         Strong technical background in SaaS architecture and hands-on expertise in Go (Golang) development.

·         Solid understanding of backend systems, data structures, and performance optimization.

·         Excellent collaboration, communication, and analytical problem-solving skills.

·         Ability to work onsite in Fort Wayne, with flexibility to work remotely one day per week.
