Sr Product Designer, Growth Acquisition (Remote - EMEA, US or Canada) - job 1 of 2

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Sr Product Designer, Growth Acquisition in EMEA, US or Canada.

In this role, you will help shape the user journey for one of the world’s most comprehensive AI-powered DevSecOps platforms. You’ll focus on designing seamless, intuitive experiences that attract and engage new users—reducing friction across sign-up and onboarding flows to drive acquisition and conversion. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you’ll turn insights into data-informed design solutions that accelerate growth while maintaining design excellence. This position offers the opportunity to influence key acquisition metrics, establish best practices, and contribute to a global product used by thousands of organizations.

Accountabilities

• Partner with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Researchers to design and iterate on high-impact acquisition flows that improve signup, onboarding, and team-invite experiences.
• Develop hypotheses, define measurable success metrics, and validate solutions through experimentation and user testing.
• Create user flows, prototypes, wireframes, and high-fidelity designs that clearly communicate intent and improve user conversion.
• Collaborate across product teams to standardize growth methodologies and share best practices for user acquisition and onboarding.
• Conduct research and usability testing to uncover pain points and deliver design improvements grounded in user insight.
• Contribute to the evolution of the product’s design system, ensuring scalable and consistent user experiences.
• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align design strategy with growth goals and customer needs.

• Proven experience as a Product Designer or Growth Designer, with a strong focus on acquisition, onboarding, or conversion optimization.
• Understanding of product experimentation, A/B testing, and data-driven design principles.
• Experience conducting user research and usability studies to inform design decisions.
• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across distributed, cross-functional teams.
• Excellent visual design capabilities and deep knowledge of design systems.
• Familiarity with SaaS or DevSecOps environments is a plus.
• Proficiency in modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to present design rationale and advocate for the user experience.
