Sr. Field Marketing & Events Manager

This role is perfect for an experienced marketing professional passionate about creating high-impact experiences that drive brand awareness, engagement, and revenue growth. As Sr. Field Marketing & Events Manager, you will own the strategy, planning, and execution of a diverse range of events, including hosted, sponsored, and customer-generated experiences. You will collaborate closely with sales, marketing, product, and partnerships teams to align event programs with business objectives. The position requires creativity, operational excellence, and strong analytical skills to measure ROI and inform future strategies. You will manage multiple initiatives across in-person, virtual, and hybrid formats, while providing leadership and guidance to ensure flawless execution and consistent brand representation.


Accountabilities:
  • Lead end-to-end event strategy across hosted, sponsored, and customer-generated events, driving awareness, engagement, and measurable business outcomes.
  • Build, scale, and optimize proprietary event programs such as executive dinners, roadshows, and awards experiences aligned with go-to-market priorities.
  • Manage third-party event partnerships, sponsorships, and activations, ensuring ROI and brand visibility.
  • Oversee logistics, vendor management, budgets, staffing, and on-site event execution, representing the brand with excellence.
  • Collaborate with internal teams on thought leadership, speaking engagements, and high-value partner activations.
  • Track, analyze, and report on event performance through CRM and marketing automation platforms, using insights to inform strategy.
Requirements:
  • 8–12 years of B2B event or field marketing experience, preferably within enterprise SaaS, technology, or data sectors.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing integrated event programs that drive pipeline and revenue impact.
  • Strong partnership experience with sales and field teams to align regional activations with GTM goals.
  • Excellent project, vendor, and budget management skills; capable of managing multiple simultaneous events.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated, with a strong ability to thrive in dynamic, data-driven environments.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketo, Asana, and familiarity with customer marketing or advocacy programs.
