Accountabilities:

• Develop full-stack web applications using C#, React, and SQLite technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and team members to understand and translate requirements into robust software solutions.
• Design and implement integration solutions utilizing web APIs and best industry practices.
• Adhere to team coding standards and conventions while estimating project efforts and evaluating risks.
• Debug, troubleshoot, and perform root cause analysis on software defects.
• Participate actively in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Create and execute unit tests, conduct code reviews, and document design and implementation details.
• Continuously learn and stay updated on software development lifecycle (SDLC) best practices, tools, and healthcare domain knowledge.
• Automate repetitive tasks to enhance team productivity and software quality.

• Must be located within the US Eastern Time Zone (EST).
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack web development using C# and React.
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and Git version control systems.
• Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and deliver effective solutions.
• Commitment to writing secure, well-tested, and maintainable code.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Preferred experience with Microsoft Azure cloud-native development.
• Familiarity with healthcare IT, specifically HLA Mapping, is required.
