This role offers the opportunity to blend design and development, working at the intersection of engineering, user experience, and product innovation. You will contribute to building a scalable design system, crafting reusable UI components, and ensuring intuitive user flows. Accountabilities:

• Partner with designers to rapidly prototype and test new features and concepts.
• Map user flows and create interactive models that support intuitive experiences.
• Develop and maintain reusable UI components using React and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Implement design tokens to ensure consistency in colors, typography, and spacing.
• Maintain and align design libraries in Figma and Storybook with coded components.
• Write unit and end-to-end tests to guarantee quality, stability, and maintainability.
• Follow and apply accessibility (WCAG) guidelines for inclusive design.
• Collaborate across design, product, and engineering teams to deliver seamless solutions.
• Take part in stand-by or off-hours duties as needed.

• Passion for design and building intuitive, high-quality user interfaces.
• Experience with React (or similar framework) and solid knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Familiarity with Figma and interest in design systems and reusable components.
• Strong attention to detail with a focus on pixel-perfect implementation.
• Knowledge of accessibility principles and eagerness to apply them in practice.
• Experience writing maintainable, testable code and ensuring code quality.
• Collaborative mindset with openness to feedback and eagerness to learn.
• Enthusiasm for problem-solving, motion design, and enhancing GUIs with subtle interactions.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, curious, and a positive team player.
