• Design, develop, test, and debug enterprise application solutions.
• Contribute as a key individual on complex projects while supporting SDLC processes.
• Guide and mentor junior developers, fostering collaboration across teams.
• Create technical specifications, documentation, and perform deliverable reviews.
• Analyze system interdependencies and recommend process or application improvements.
• Maintain operational stability of supported applications.
• Support risk, compliance, and audit-related requirements.

• 5+ years of experience in systems analysis or application development (7 years combined experience considered).
• Proficiency in Spring Boot 3.x.x and Java 21+.
• Experience with GitLab pipelines, CI/CD, DevOps practices, and SAST remediation.
• Strong knowledge of MS SQL Server, Linux, shell scripting, ELK/Kibana, and Red Hat Linux deployment.
• Familiarity with Azure Cloud is preferred.
• Ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and document technical work clearly.
• Experience working independently and leading small project efforts.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
