Your role on our team
As a Sr. Software Engineer on the Brand Authority team, you will build customer-facing experiences that help users discover, learn about, and confidently choose Milwaukee solutions. You’ll translate business goals into reliable, intuitive features that reinforce trust in the Milwaukee Tool brand and serve as a key entry point into our digital ecosystem.
In the team, you act as a hands-on technical leader – designing and implementing features, improving performance and reliability, and keeping long-term maintainability in mind. You’ll work closely with Product, UX, Content, QA, and Architecture partners to shape solutions, refine backlog items, and deliver value iteratively.
As a senior member of the team, you’ll provide thoughtful code reviews and help evolve software engineering practices, building strong technical craftsmanship. Your work will help the team move faster, improve quality, and create digital experiences that match the strength and reputation of our tools.
