The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead and oversee complex technology programs, driving innovation and operational excellence across multiple teams and initiatives. This role blends technical expertise with strategic program management, ensuring successful delivery of technology solutions that align with business objectives. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, implement best practices, and guide the organization through agile and experimental delivery methods. Accountabilities:

• Define and manage the technology program roadmap, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex, cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success, impact, and adoption.
• Champion agile methodologies and iterative approaches for delivering technical solutions.
• Collaborate with engineering, data science, and product teams to prioritize initiatives based on value, feasibility, and impact.
• Communicate program status, risks, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders through dashboards and briefings.
• Educate and upskill team members and stakeholders on technical concepts, best practices, and responsible use of technology.
• Drive adoption and cultural readiness for new technology solutions across the organization.

• 10+ years of experience in technology leadership roles.
• 10+ years of experience in technology portfolio, program, and project management.
• 8+ years of experience using project management tools and frameworks.
• 5+ years of experience with agile development methodology.
• Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional technology programs and influence decision-making at all levels.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated technical acumen in areas such as AI/ML, infrastructure, platforms, data, cybersecurity, or enterprise technology.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems, business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
