We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a high-performing team focused on building AI-powered solutions that transform how brands engage with their customers. You will collaborate closely with product and design teams to deliver impactful features that enhance personalization and optimize campaign performance. Accountabilities:

• Develop and optimize intelligent systems that learn from customer behavior to deliver personalized experiences.
• Build predictive algorithms and recommendation engines that automatically enhance campaign performance.
• Design, implement, and maintain high-volume, distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Lead technical design discussions and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, knowledge sharing, and guidance on best practices.
• Drive system optimizations, resolve technical debt, and ensure high uptime during peak traffic loads.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product and Design, to deliver features aligned with business objectives.

• 4+ years of professional software engineering experience with modern web technologies.
• Strong proficiency in at least one of: Python, PHP, or JavaScript.
• Experience designing, building, and scaling distributed systems and microservices architectures.
• Solid knowledge of database technologies (SQL and NoSQL) and data modeling principles.
• Experience with message queues, caching systems, and real-time data processing.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make strategic technology decisions.
• Experience mentoring peers and establishing coding standards and development workflows.
