As a Senior Software Engineer focused on GenAI systems, you will play a critical role in shaping AI-driven workflows that enhance customer support operations. You will design, implement, and optimize backend systems and orchestration frameworks, integrating advanced LLMs and AI tools to improve efficiency and automation. Working closely with cross-functional teams, your contributions will directly impact internal workflows and customer-facing experiences, enabling seamless AI-assisted solutions at scale. This role offers the opportunity to drive innovation in prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and AI orchestration, while mentoring team members and setting technical standards. • Accountabilities
• Design, develop, and maintain backend systems to support AI-driven workflows for customer support.
• Implement and optimize prompt engineering, RAG frameworks, and AI orchestration pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, design, engineering, and data science teams to deliver scalable AI capabilities.
• Lead technical design, coding, testing, deployment, and experimentation for AI systems.
• Conduct code and design reviews to ensure high standards of technical quality and efficiency.
• Optimize system performance, availability, and resilience while iterating for continuous improvement.

• Requirements
• 5–9 years of software development experience, particularly in service-oriented architectures and backend systems.
• Expertise in GenAI techniques including prompt engineering, fine-tuning LLMs, and RAG workflows.
• Proficiency in integrating LLMs with APIs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Strong background in backend development, focusing on scalable, efficient, and resilient architectures.
• Experience in workflow optimization, technical design, and full software development lifecycle.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across teams and domains.
• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Ph.D. in Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
• Passion for agile development, system optimization, and continuous learning in AI and software engineering.
