In this role, you will lead the design, architecture, and optimization of enterprise Salesforce systems, enabling critical business operations and scalable automation. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex workflows into robust, efficient solutions, ensuring the platform evolves alongside organizational growth. Your expertise will drive standardization, security, and operational excellence while providing hands-on support and guidance to stakeholders. This position combines strategic system design with technical execution, offering an opportunity to impact the effectiveness of revenue operations, deal management, and business operations across multiple teams. The role is remote, providing flexibility while collaborating in a fast-paced, values-driven environment.
· Design and architect complex Salesforce workflows and automations, participating in design and solution reviews.
· Translate business processes into scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions.
· Drive process improvements, standardization, and best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, and Business Operations to align Salesforce capabilities with organizational goals.
· Provide ongoing technical support, system optimization, and guidance for stakeholder groups.
· Maintain system reliability, security, and scalability while implementing DevOps and CI/CD practices.
· 5+ years of experience building workflows and automations on the Salesforce platform.
· Salesforce Administrator certification with expertise in Flow, Apex, Lightning, and integrations.
· Strong experience in multi-platform architecture, including Salesforce, NetSuite, AWS, and related technologies.
· Proven ability to design secure, scalable, high-performance systems.
· Hands-on experience developing enterprise-grade applications that drive operational efficiency.
· Familiarity with agile development processes, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
· Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders in a dynamic environment.
· Competitive base salary: $120,000 - $150,000 (dependent on experience, skills, and location).
