Senior Technical Product Manager (Remote - US)

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager in United States.

This role offers the opportunity to lead and shape enterprise product initiatives that directly impact business outcomes and customer experience. You will manage complex, multi-system products, driving strategy, roadmap execution, and product innovation across the organization. The position involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, gathering and prioritizing requirements, and translating them into actionable, scalable solutions. You will act as a product advocate, ensuring solutions are user-centric, technically robust, and aligned with long-term business goals. This role encourages strategic thinking, continuous improvement, and hands-on leadership in delivering high-value products in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Accountabilities:

  • Define, prioritize, and execute product roadmaps for enterprise and customer-facing solutions.
  • Develop and communicate a clear product vision, highlighting the value to the business and end-users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate complex business processes into actionable product plans.
  • Drive product strategy, ensuring alignment between customer needs, business objectives, and technology capabilities.
  • Oversee the full product lifecycle from concept through launch, focusing on scalable, user-centric solutions.
  • Partner with User Experience teams for market research, competitive analysis, and design validation.
  • Establish success metrics, analyze performance, and adjust strategy to optimize business impact and customer satisfaction.
  • Foster a collaborative environment across teams to ensure cohesive and successful product launches.
  • Mentor and guide product management staff, providing input on talent development and performance management.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Product Management experience, including work on complex, multi-system integrated products.
  • Leadership experience and demonstrated ability to guide cross-functional teams.
  • Expertise in product strategy, roadmap planning, and enterprise-scale solution delivery.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and critical thinking skills.
  • Experience with Lean methodologies or proven process improvement skills preferred.
  • Ability to translate complex problems into simple, actionable solutions while focusing on customer needs.
  • Coaching and mentoring skills to support growth and alignment across product teams.
  • Competitive US-based salary range: $135,000 – $150,000.
  • Fully remote or hybrid work options, depending on location.
