Senior Research Analyst

As a Senior Research Analyst, you will play a key role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that guide high-profile B2B companies in their market strategies. You will work closely with senior research leaders, collaborating with clients and internal teams to deliver impactful research findings. The role offers exposure to a wide range of research studies, from segmentation to product development, with opportunities to present results directly to clients. You will apply statistical knowledge, storytelling skills, and creativity to produce reports that are not only accurate but visually compelling. This position can be fully remote or hybrid if located near designated U.S. offices.

Accountabilities

In this role, your main responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing quantitative data and developing comprehensive reports.
• Preparing briefs for in-house survey programmers and interviewers.
• Checking data integrity, sample quality, and ensuring accuracy.
• Partnering with clients and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
• Conducting desk research to supplement primary data collection.
• Presenting findings to clients in clear, engaging formats.

To succeed in this position, you should have:

• At least 2 years’ experience analyzing quantitative data and creating presentations of findings.
• Familiarity with a variety of research study types, such as segmentation, brand tracking, customer satisfaction, and product development.
• Proficiency with software like SPSS and Excel, plus knowledge of statistical methods (e.g., regression).
• Strong analytical interpretation skills to uncover the story behind the data.
• Excellent written communication abilities for clear reporting.
• Creative skills to present findings visually in PowerPoint.
• Experience managing client communications or presenting to clients (preferred but not required).

• Annual salary range: $59,000 – $96,025 (based on experience, skills, and other permitted factors).
