As a Senior Frontend Software Engineer, you will design and implement advanced web-based 3D tools for digital design applications. You will create interactive user interfaces and visualizations that integrate with 3D model processing pipelines and generative AI systems, supporting internal users and end-to-end workflows. Working closely with geometry, algorithms, and backend teams, you will craft modular, reusable, and high-performance frontend code. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency, product quality, and the adoption of cutting-edge technologies. Accountabilities

• Design and implement intuitive, high-performance user interfaces for complex 3D operations.
• Develop interactive web tools enabling users to view and manipulate 3D scans, models, and medical images.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, engineers, and domain experts to deliver practical solutions.
• Assess trade-offs in speed, memory, visual quality, and robustness, optimizing code and processes where needed.
• Build observability into user interactions to surface issues and support data-driven insights.
• Advocate for innovative frontend architectures, best practices, and scalable solutions.
• Maintain high-quality code through code reviews, collaboration, and adherence to modern design patterns.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a high-growth or technology-driven environment.
• Strong experience in 3D model or visualization programming (Three.js, WebGL, Babylon, Unity, Unreal, etc.).
• Proficiency in frontend development using React, including reusable components, state management, and hooks/context.
• Solid understanding of 3D data structures, matrices, transforms, algorithms, and rendering techniques.
• Deep knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and experience building large-scale applications.
• Basic proficiency in SQL and relational database design patterns.
• Collaborative, pragmatic, and growth-oriented mindset with effective communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote-first, fast-paced engineering environment.

Bonus / Preferred Skills:

• Advanced React, CSS, and HTML expertise at scale.
• Experience with frontend state management libraries.
• Background in 3D CAD tools or game development.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and cloud infrastructure (especially GCP).
• Experience building TypeScript libraries with strong developer UX and versioning practices.

• Competitive salary range: $176,000 – $208,000 USD, with equity and bonus opportunities.
