In this strategic leadership role, you will define and execute the product marketing vision across a multi-product portfolio, shaping how products are positioned, launched, and grown in the market. You will lead a high-performing team, aligning market insights, storytelling, and go-to-market strategies to drive business growth. This role requires balancing long-term strategic planning with hands-on execution, collaborating closely with Product, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience teams. You will guide data-driven decision-making, optimize performance metrics, and ensure the marketing function delivers measurable impact. · Define the vision and direction of product marketing across all products, ensuring alignment with business objectives and market growth strategies.
· Lead, mentor, and scale a product marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
· Oversee market research initiatives to provide actionable insights that inform product roadmaps, innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
· Drive cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Product, Sales, Operations, and Customer Experience to ensure seamless execution of GTM plans.
· Measure and optimize marketing initiatives using data and financial metrics to demonstrate impact and guide resource allocation.
· Anticipate market trends, competitive pressures, and emerging opportunities, adapting strategies to maximize growth.
· Lead high-impact strategic initiatives that align with company objectives and deliver measurable results.
· 10+ years of experience in product marketing, with 6+ years in a leadership role.
· Proven experience managing multi-product portfolios and evolving pricing, packaging, and GTM strategies.
· Experience in Product Led Growth (PLG) environments or transitioning from Sales Led Growth (SLG) models.
· Exceptional storytelling and cross-functional influence to translate complex concepts into compelling narratives.
· Strong data-driven decision-making skills, leveraging market insights, performance metrics, and financial data.
· Demonstrated ability to develop and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance marketing, content creation, and customer insights.
· Experience building, mentoring, and scaling high-performing marketing teams and fostering a positive culture.
