We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Scientist to lead the development of predictive analytics and data-driven insights for business and product teams. In this role, you will design and implement analytics pipelines, create statistical and predictive models, and translate complex datasets into actionable recommendations that guide strategic decisions. You’ll collaborate closely with stakeholders across product, customer success, and executive teams to define analytics standards, optimize customer engagement, and support growth initiatives. Accountabilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain ETL pipelines and analytical workflows using DBT SQL and Snowflake to support product and business analytics.
• Conduct statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and experimentation using Python, R, and Hex.tech.
• Extract insights from customer journey and engagement data in Sigma Computing to inform strategic decisions.
• Lead and manage analytics projects, including churn prediction, risk modeling, and product performance measurement.
• Establish best practices for predictive analytics, AI, and LLM measurement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into data-driven solutions and actionable insights.
• Lead executive-level analytics reviews and communicate complex results effectively to non-technical audiences.

• 4+ years of experience as a data scientist or analyst in an applied business context.
• Deep expertise in data visualization, statistical analysis, and experiment design.
• Experience building predictive models for customer churn, risk, and engagement.
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle analytics, particularly in B2B SaaS environments.
• Familiarity with product analytics stacks (Heap, Amplitude, StatSig) and GTM data systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Catalyst, Zendesk).
• Demonstrated ability to lead analytics projects and present insights to executive teams.
• Strong curiosity, problem-solving skills, and attention to data quality and integrity.
• Experience delivering change management and guiding adoption of BI tools across teams.
